I plan on getting my nails done for the first time and do not know where to go. Can someone tell me of a nice, clean, professional salon that I can go to that isn't going to charge me my whole wallet?

I go to Elegant Nails on 87th and Lackman in Lenexa OR Real Tech Nails on 75th and Metcalf.
If you don't like the Korean owned salons you can go to Beauty Brands too although the ones mentioned above would be less expensive. There's one in the Plaza and one across from Oak Park Mall on 95th and Quivira.

Overland Park covers a large area. All socioeconomic communities stay there. ordinarily, it relatively is considered to be a tremendously spectacular area, yet once you relatively need to stay in an quite severe-end area you would be extra useful off in a neighboring city like Fairway or Leawood. Kansas city, MO, in simple terms south of the Plaza has a number of the main unique neighborhoods in the KC area.
